We run a waterfront resort that has 15 rooms including deluxe rooms and family suite. Our facilities include a swimming pool, restaurant with Indonesian and Western cuisine, spa, pool table and a mini mart. The occupancy rate of the hotel is around 65% and the food and beverage sales are double that of room rental. Provide various activities to guests like diving, snorkeling, horse riding, golf, kayaking and other adventure activities. Physical assets of the resort include all the furniture, equipment, land and furnishings. The revenue of the resort last year fell as there was an earthquake in Indonesia, however, we have bounced back and have started operating at full capacity again.
