C) Common elements include the facilities owned by an investment company and the common land owned by a land holding company.
D) Manage/operate and own the property brand under a property management company.
E) Phased development options can be explored. It is anticipated that Phase 1 will have 18 villas completed for sale to prospective buyers.
No physical assets acquired yet for the project. In principal agreements and pre-approval have been completed.
