Resort Investment Opportunity in Goa, India

We are a rapidly growing enterprise focused on creating and managing sustainable hospitality projects. We pride ourselves in conceptualizing, executing and managing unique projects that are both highly profitable and crafted with biodegradable natural materials, industrial and domestic waste and also incorporates exemplary environmentally conscious business practices. Our existing projects are running with above 90 percent occupancy and best in Industry ARR.

The net profit of our business is upwards of 45 percent.

The appreciation in the value of our project is at least 2-3x just at completion and commencement of the project.

Along with our operational properties we also have two ongoing projects in 90 percent and 70 percent completion stage and few other in pipeline. As a leader of wonderful team I have 15 years of experience into hospitality and architecture in multiple countries. We are currently seeking funds for one of our upcoming project that will be a unique resort nestled in 4 aces of ocean facing land with a direct and private beach access. Land has been acquired already, construction starting by the end of this year. Project to be completed in 11 months.

Currently we own a flagship boutique resort in Goa, a unique boutique hotel and few vacation rentals in Delhi, a restaurant and a few long-term rental properties in London along with this we also have land holdings in 9 states in India for future expansion.

All of this growth have been achieved organically in the past 7 years starting from scratch with a small DIY project though as a business leader I have 15 years in various hospitality and architecture.

For the initial years, we were involved in the development of plush farms and luxe private residents before evolving our vision for sustainable hospitality.

Multiple hospitality projects completed and ongoing both, licenses, copyrights, trademarks, land parcels.

Asset under the project for which we are seeking Investment - 4 acres of sea view land. of which you will own a 75 percent stake or any other percentage of the stake that you buy along with you will own all the infrastructure that will be built proportionately.

Asset of the Company - Multiple hotels and resorts on owned land, all infrastructure, manpower, and landholdings in 9 states.

Ongoing and future projects- We are crafting and rolling out two projects in this year. One is in the 90 percent completion stage and another at 70 percent.

Being ahead of schedule we are raising funds for the 3 projects that we plan to craft in the next year.

I lead multiple companies with different partners and associates. Each of them is a self-funded enterprise. I have multiple partners involved with in different projects. Our umbrella organization has huge expertise led by myself a passionate architectural artist. Our current partners also possess huge diversified experience and expertise hailing from backgrounds like very senior Govt civil servants, VP of tech Industry, judiciary members, seasoned bankers and hospitality experts and traditional businessmen. Company has no debt. We form a different legal entity for each project.
