Chain of resorts with 2 operational resorts in Jaipur and Jaisalmer and 2 more underway.

- We operate a chain of resorts across Rajasthan with 2 fully operational resorts in Jaipur and Jaisalmer respectively.
- Have acquired the land and started construction of 2 more resorts in Rajasthan as well which would be operational within the year.
- Our resort in Jaipur has around 26 rooms and our resort in Jaisalmer has more than 42 rooms.
- The resort in Jaipur is open year round and has an average occupancy rate of 60% which has fallen to 30% due to the current global situation.
- Our resort in Jaisalmer is a camping resort that is open from Oct to March and last season had an occupancy rate of 80%. It has not opened for this season yet.
- The resort chain has won awards from HolidayIQ as well as Goibibo.
- Business made an average monthly revenue this year of INR 15 lakh before the global situation. We expect to be able to reach this revenue once again when our camping resort opens.
