School Investment Opportunity in Sikar, India

It's an English medium school under state board curriculum offering science, commerce and arts stream. Have 400 students and 20 teaching staff. The school is spread on 2 floors and has 30 classrooms. Since this school building is old, we are seeking funds to renovate the building as well as construct a new school on 12,000 sq ft land.

The new school will be 1 km away from the current school and we would construct a 3 floor building with 40 classrooms and it will have a capacity to accommodate 2,500 students. We have identified the land and plan to take it on lease for 30 years after raising funds. The proposed land is currently vacant and after funding, we would construct the building.

Business owned assets include furniture, fixture and computers at current school. We do not have a school bus at the moment and hence plan to buy the buses also after funding.
