Unique selling point: Natural, healthy, and hygienically prepared fruit drinks made with fresh ingredients and no preservatives.

Delivery System: the key is to ship frozen to HPP toll facility, then thaw and HPP process. This process has been tested and works perfectly. We have stability data to prove it. Initial sales are through e-commerce to launch brand. Future is modern trade for economies of scale.

Sales: Limited sales for now as we need to expand commercial activity and geographical reach. Currently, the business has a tie-up with only 1 supermarket. The investment will be used to hire a sales team to increase our operations. - Product listed in Kalyan supermarket Thrissur.

Location: The business is located in Thrissur, but the company is registered in Pathanamthitta.

Management team: One of the business directors is in Europe and the company is managed by the directors and 1 manager in India. We hire part-time employees for manufacturing.

Manufacturing capacity: On a daily basis we can manufacture 300 liters. With a limited investment is is possible to substantially increase capacity. We have 2 SKUs as of now.

Based on our market exploration the future lies in 200 ml stand-up pouches, finished pack ready for HPP processing. We have shipped frozen untreated pouches to Europe, thawed and HPP processed them in Europe, with excellent results from taste profile and product stability.

Physical assets include a fruit cleaning station, automated pineapple peeler, pineapple belt press (juicer), filters, plate cooler, refrigerated tank, liquid blast freezer, piping, cleaning equipment, 2 packaging machines, and one chest freezer. Intangible assets include registered trade mark. E-commerce website targeting B2C in Europe.

1,000 square feet leased facility with 1 floor in the east of the city. All equipment and machines are fully owned and manufactured in Europe.

The company is fully funded by equity. There are 3 shareholders with approx. 10%, 65% & 25% stakes.
