- The 3MW power plant we want to acquire has been operational for 3 years and has a PPA with the Karnataka Government for 25 years.

- Project is located on 15-acre land.

- Govt purchase 1KW power for INR 4.16.

- The project generates INR 2-2.5 crore annual revenue depending on the weather conditions.

- The current owner wants to sell this project due to other commitments.

- Promoter is an engineer and has 15 years of experience in the power generation field. Promoter is in Saudi Arabia working in a power generation company as an engineer.

- The project is located close to Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The promoter will shift to India to look after the project if the deal is successfully closed.
