Sports Goods Store Investment Opportunity in Punjab, India

I am presently working with my Father. Our company is engaged in sports business in Jalandhar & manufacturer of cricket bats & sports kit bags. We are in this business for the last forty years. To grow the business we also started selling on online portals such as snapdeal. com, amazon. in, shopclues. com, rediff. com, naaptol. com.

I now plan to start a new ecommerce company where we will leverage our expertise in the existing business and sell other goods such as clothing for men, women & kids, mobile & tablets, sports & fitness, artificial jewelry etc. apart from our own sports goods.

We already have distributors across the country for sports goods, we will use these distribution channels for our other products which we plan to offer on our portal.

The funds raised will be utilized for developing an ecommerce portal and hiring support staff. We will also tie up with leading vendors.

The expected revenue & EBITDA margin cannot be determined at this point in time. However, the business plan / details can be shared with investors who are interested in this project. We want investors to play an active role in this venture. The Business Owner will take care of the day to day operations and the investor will play an important role in the decision making process.
