1. AI based resume screening: Allows recruiter to screen dump of resume with the help of AI by using recruiter's historical data of hiring people.
2. Assessment center: Allows recruiters and hiring managers to take assessments online (coding problem, mathematical problem, open / close ended questions, video challenge)
3. Conversation via Chat-bot: Allows recruiters, hiring managers and applicants to engage in a Q / A related to a job. This chat-bot will learn and evolve to replace a human hiring manager with a virtual hiring manager for initial assessments.
