Stock Broking Company Investment Opportunity in Tallinn, Estonia

- Company has developed a platform to trade securities using cryptocurrencies. The platform is currently in simulator version and will be launched post obtaining MiFID II license which is currently in process.

- The platform will allow users to convert their stocks, ETFs and commodities in the form of a token and then use those tokens to spend / make payments. Users will have to transfer the token into their online wallet or our credit card (we plan to launch our own credit card) to make any payment.

- Have connected with 30 securities exchanges including NYSE and HKEX to create our platform and users can trade & covert over 40,000 listed securities into tokens.

- Company is a sister concern under a holding company. The holding company also has another company with 200K customers and we plan to on-board those customer in this company too.

- Revenue model: we will generate revenue through commission and stock spread.

- Company is registered in Estonia and we also have office in Canada. About 75% of our employees are currently at Canada office. We are in the process to move 90% of our workforce to Estonian office.

- Canada: Rented office of 5,000 sq ft. This office has 75% of workforce.
