Supermarket Investment Opportunity in Bangkok, Thailand

Company runs 2 supermarkets located in the commercial area of Bangkok. We receive both B2B and B2C clients however, we generate more than 80% of revenue through B2B clients as both our supermarkets are located near hotels & restaurants.

Have 60 hotels and restaurants as our regular clients who buy from us. Have tie-ups with 100 food vendors supplying us stocks regularly. Both our outlets are running well and we are now looking to raise funds to open additional outlets in other parts of Bangkok and Pattaya to largely target B2C customers. Have plans to open 50 outlets in next 3-5 years.

We have not yet identified the locations for new outlets we plan to open. After raising funds, we would identify the location and start the supermarket. Business owned assets include furniture, laptops, chairs and furnishings at current supermarkets.

Sells seafood, meat, fruit, vegetable, dry food, and frozen food.

Each supermarket is of approx 100 sq mt on rent.
