Our firm has partnered with a Bhutan based company to launch their taxi app in India and Nepal. In India, we are starting with Assam and are currently in talks with transport ministry. We are also actively looking to launch the app in Nepal and are looking for Nepali investor who would partner with us on a profit sharing ratio.
The investor from Nepal shall register the company there on which we will share the equity in 50:50 ratio. Post investment, we'll provide them the know how and our expertise to launch the app at full fledged.
One of the director has 7 years of experience in IT industry and other director has 10 years of experience working in coal industry. We currently have a small rented office in Guwahati with a few laptops, systems and furniture owned by the company.
