- We are an IT start-up with a functional proof-of-concept for a mobile application.

- We intend to develop a mobile application that will be like a search engine platform for service providers and customers.

- The service providers will be taxi drivers, cab drivers, and rickshaw drivers. As of now we have done a market survey of 10,000 potential drivers and have received a positive response.

- Business will be different from its competitors like Uber and Ola as we will offer the service providers to charge a rate based on the services they perform rather than fixing a rate and the customers will have a choice to choose a driver.

- We will generate revenue from a monthly subscription model for the drivers and will charge a basic per kms fee from the customer.

- Business does not have any loan and is has 4 shareholders out of which 2 are directors of the company. The shareholding pattern is 10:10:40:40.
