- We are a software production house with three verticals under our company.

- The 1st is we develop e-Health technologies i. e. clinical software, radiological software, clinical pathways, medical imaging management system in the health sector, the 2nd is we develop electronic governance software for urban local governance bodies, and the 3rd vertical is a telecom business provider that manages network set-up, fiber infra, and high-speed broadband connectivity.

- We have IP right ownership of all three verticals.

- The revenue generated from the e-health sector is 20%, from the e-governance sector is 50%, and the rest from the telecoms & utility sector.

- We provide our services in the healthcare sector in India and 10 other emerging countries, the telecom business and electronic governance are done only in India. We have completed a total of 51 projects in India in all three segments and 50 projects overseas in the e-health segment since inception.

- The average duration of the project in the e-health and telecom sector is 6 months and in the e-governance is 1 year and the average contract price per project is INR 2.5 crore to INR 3 crores.

- Company grew from an annual turnover of INR 63 crore in FY 2018-2019 to INR 129 crore in 2019-20 to INR 207 crore in 2020-21.
