Partnership firm situated in Jaipur. Company started in 2014 with a fund of 3.5 lacks. Company deals in Holiday Package ( dom / int, Hotel Booking ( dom / int, Special Honeymoon package, Leisure Groups, Visa Consultancy, Conference, Events & Many more. Company generated a revenue of 82 lacks in one Year. We Don’t have even a single unsatisfied customer with our services.
Problem we faced in one year is funding. We are facing this problem from starting. We were three Partners on the time of start up. One of our partner is only a consultant partner as he has around 20 years of experience in this industry & he did not invested money. One partner was about invest 4 lacks but he had to leave this company due to some Personal reasons. Because of him company faced a lot of finical problems. Then we decided took a loan of 1 lack in month of January. With that fund we did managed our monthly expenditure which is around 30 thousand per month.
Now we have decided to add a nonworking / working with a minimum investment of 20 lacks we will sell out 25% stake for this investment.
With the help of investment we will launch a smart phone mobile app along with a website after the launch of we will do all kind of digital marketing like promotion on Facebook, Youtube & Whatsapp. We have strong database of regular travelers.
We also planed to work on low profit or no profit for next one year. As I already mentioned about our second partner’s 20 of experience in this tourism industry. Because of his experience we have suppliers all over India & abroad too & that’s why our costing is low then other competitors & we are offering best services at very low rates. Our customer retaining rate is above 70 % & customer satisfaction rate is 100. We did it because we gave more then we promised to give our customers.
Company can grow faster by doing tie ups with big names like Paytm, Paypal & OYO. As we have our office in Jaipur Which is a big tourist destination by taking this advantage we could become a big supplier of hotels & transportation for Rajasthan tours for the agents of outside Rajasthan.
