When our client receives an order from their customer, we are notified about it and post that we deliver the goods at customer's doorstep and also help them with installation. The entire flow of receiving orders from our client and delivery to their customer's doorstep is managed through our software.
We have taken two rented warehouses of 15,000 sq ft and 3,000 sq ft respectively for storing goods before the dispatch. With each of our clients, we have a minimum term agreement of 1 year. We have also taken 15-20 trucks on lease for delivery of furniture, mattress, and other home furnishing products, ensuring safety of these products.
Business owned assets include furniture and laptops.
