The location is Cantonments in Accra with a site area of 9,450 meters square. - A good number of projects under the company at the moment are for private clients in the development of different categories of residential apartments across many locations in the country. - Currently, are undertaking a series of roads and drains construction project in the northern sector of the country and Kumasi. Other projects include construction of schools and dormitories. - Firm's block factory is one of the most vibrant block laying outfits in the country known for quality and durable building blocks, pavements blocks and other concrete products for the building and construction market located at Kwabenya. - To stand out as the market leader in offering services and products in the real estate sub-sector in Ghana by this year and construction and hospitality in 3 years. - In the medium term, the company seeks to provide an effective mortgage housing ownership scheme for different categories of clients in Ghana and the West African sub-region. - In the long term, the company will assemble and manufacture vital building and construction equipment, machinery and plants locally and subsequently produce some of the heavily consumed building and construction products here in Ghana. - Physical assets include multiple lands, building, furniture, factory and equipment.
