I am in the line of Restaurant & Bar business from last 3 years besides the business of consultancy. I am running a Restaurant & Bar under a different brand in Creaticity Mall in Vimannagar Area of Pune operational since last year having a turnover of around 5 Cr per annum. After successful operation and running of my first joint we are coming up with one of the largest and the most glamorous joints of Pune in the heart of the IT hub of Hinjewadi. A state of the art facility with the seating of 600 tables, world class banquet where corporate can hold parties. German brewery producing out of the world taste of beer. This will be a place of excellent class and marvellous musical arena. We are starting this place to capture the untapped and unorganised fine dine and wine market of Hinjewadi which cater’s to almost 750000 employees. Our aim is to generate around 25 crores annually. The sales forecast is based out of a well executed research carried out by an market agency.
