To help the technologist, a SCADA-based software application has been developed to monitor all technological processes without the possibility of human intervention. This allows us to avoid human errors, such as incorrect heating temperature, incorrect weight and crystallisation. Moreover, the software can analyse data to identify better ways to manage processes and improve product quality. In general, this software improves production efficiency and reduces errors, which has a positive effect on the business as a whole. - Each process is controlled from the preparation of the raw materials through to the packaging of the finished product. - To achieve maximum productivity and reduce the number of hands used in the process of packing honey into glass containers, a high-capacity line has been created. The complicated process of filling branded honey into glass containers has been transformed into a simpler and more efficient method. Six well-known Polish and Italian companies, leaders in the production of equipment for the food industry, were involved in the construction of the filling line. These companies have many years of experience and also use the most advanced technology in their work. Each company was responsible for designing and producing certain components of our line. The production line has been broken down into several stages. Stage 1: Depalletizing is the process whereby the robot lifts the glass containers carefully and gently off the pallet racks, and unloads them onto a conveyor line. This is achieved by using an innovative holder that picks up an entire layer of glass containers in a single action, without the risk of damage, and speeds up the production process. With depalletizing, the production process becomes more efficient and automated, saving time and human resources. 2. Glass container cleaning is an essential step in the production process, which directly impacts the quality of the finished product. This important procedure removes all foreign particles and traces of contamination by blowing the container with high-pressure air, ensuring thorough and effective removal of all contaminants. This equipment was supplied by the Italian producer FBL. 3. Pouring honey into glass containers is one of the most important steps in the honey-making process and is of great importance for the final product. The honey is poured using an Italian unique Carlo machine with four dispensers, which allows us to pay a great deal of attention to pouring speed and accuracy in weight. This machine can fill both liquid products, which is not particularly different from the competition but is also capable of filling thick and viscous products such as nut paste or products in the form of mushrooms or berries. This is particularly important and has to be taken into account to maintain the integrity of the product and not damage it during filling. Moreover, this machine has another unique feature - the ability to fill the product in a glass container with two different products with two different colours! 4. After the honey has been poured, each jar should be covered to preserve the quality of the product. This is done using a glass jar closing machine from the Italian company FBL, which is a leader in this field. This machine ensures that each jar is closed correctly, thereby allowing to keep the product safe for the entire storage period. In addition, it has a high capacity, which allows us to procure and close large quantities of cans in a short time. 5. The company uses modern technology to produce and label honey. Labelling machine from Italian company Clever. It is important to note that we are the only company in Europe that uses sleeve labelling to label honey. This allows more graphics and information to be printed on as much of the label area as possible. It can also be a trump card in future marketing. 6. Packing of finished products in cardboard boxes is one of the time-consuming processes. A bagging machine from the Polish company Radpak is used for this purpose. This has improved production efficiency, packaging quality and payroll savings. 7. Palletising is an important part of production that is carried out by a palletising robot. There are only two operators on this sophisticated complex who operate the line. Savings in wages enable us to produce our product at a lower cost and allocate resources saved to further developing and improving processes. Our line has a packaging capacity of up to 20 tonnes of the finished product in a single eight-hour shift. - Energy independence and energy conservation are now one of the factors for the success and development of the company. Our main electricity consumption relates to lighting, the operation of electric motors on equipment and supplying our office. In terms of honey processing and honey de-crystallisation, a huge amount of heat is required, and a stable and cheap heat source is not easy to find on the market. To solve this problem, we sold our own propane gas reserves of 30,000 litres, which are stored in our own gas storage facilities. This makes it possible to ensure the supply of energy to production processes and guarantee the uninterrupted operation of our company. Our company is not just a honey producer but an entire complex that includes its own production, warehouses and logistics company. - We do not only carry out production but also have our warehouses to store finished goods, raw materials and packaging, vehicles, a residential building for our employees and of course this small but very cosy house where we live at the moment. - We pride ourselves on having a 720 square metre production facility, which is the heart of the entire company. This is where a unique process of creating our final product, branded honey, takes place. - Honey processing is a complicated technological process. At the beginning two heat chambers are loaded, each holding 20 to 30 tonnes of honey. These chambers are equipped with unique heating ovens that were produced in Italy. The usage of such chambers allows the air inside to be heated without the use of heat transfer media such as water. This method is more efficient and economical. - We are planning to launch a new product - honey cream with freeze-dried berries under the new brand - in a new 1,500-square-metre production and storage building. - Over the years, we strived to create a team that is capable of achieving high development results and demonstrates a commitment to the company's ideals through hard work. We value every team member and believe that it is the employees who make the company successful and forward-looking. To increase the motivation of our employees, we provide free accommodation on the company's premises. This is a sign of concern for our employees, who can spend a lot of time and money travelling to work. Also, many employees are experienced and qualified in other professions and can perform the duties of an electrician, welder and plumber, allowing us to make the most efficient use of our resources. - Has a creative department that produces and promotes marketing materials. Our creative team not only creates original concepts for promotional materials but also maintains social media and web pages. - The heart of every company is its staff. They work from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM which is for 8 hours shift. The sales department sells natural honey and bee products. The number of players on the market is not that great, especially the major big honey companies. And they, in turn, have their own decades-long "portfolio" of loyal suppliers. We are proud to be regular suppliers to some of the biggest companies like Langnese Honig, Dreyer Famille Michaud, Meli, DHI etc. - Our aim at the moment is not only to maintain our progress but also to expand the business by attracting new investors. We are confident that the buyers will not only breathe fresh life into this promising business but also bring new ideas and opportunities that will help us become an even more influential player in the Polish market, as well as the entire European, North American and British markets.
