Successfully running a company that needs a partner or financial support. Has a production capacity of 50-100 units per day but we are not fully utilizing it due to a cash crunch. Sells these products to distributors in India and exports them as well under our own brand name. - The EV battery manufacturing group currently operates with an existing plant capacity of 0.462 GWH and a monthly production capacity of 18,500 units. - The company holds a confirmed order book valued at INR 300 crores from its existing customers, which has been a significant driver of its high growth in sales this year. - The sales were affected due to the new regulations but the sales will increase in the coming years. - The group operates manufacturing plants in Hyderabad and Delhi (Sonipat). - The company specializes in a proven product widely adopted by large customers in the EV battery manufacturing industry. - It is recognized as a leading player in the EV battery manufacturing sector. - Company maintains an established R&D team dedicated to the development of new products. - Leveraging a strong client base, the company benefits from receiving repeat orders. - The reason for the decline in sales will be disclosed after the introduction.
