We also manage these small houses for our clients to achieve a good rental income of 8 to 10% per year. - The business is headquartered in Singapore as the owners are from there. - Have a production facility in Malaysia that has a production capacity of 25 houses per day. - Have 2 assembly factories in Australia - Victoria and New South Wales. - Currently we have sold 120 small houses in Victoria and New South Wales. - 90% of these houses are managed by our company and we further rent it out to generate rental income for the owners. We receive a percentage of the rental income for providing this service. - The small houses are placed at scenic locations that are outside the city. - We are Covid proof with a 250% increase in bookings during this period, and have sold out 100% of all available units on weekends. - This is due to the fact that domestic travelers prefer properties that have larger open spaces and which are close to nature. - The company has 2 company owned pieces of land in Victoria, Australia of 7 hectares and Bintan, Indonesia of 3 hectares. We intend to set up over 100 small houses in these two locations in the coming months.
