Renewable Fuel Business Investment Opportunities

Generated over INR 5 cr turnover in the 1st year of operations, we have multiple contracts that are 5 plus cr a month in revenue. We have a very strong client base who are very satisfied with us. We sell finished biofuel and biofuel raw materials and have outsourced the production of biofuel for now. Our customers are biofuel exporters. Right now, 100% of sales are of biofuel raw materials, but November, December, and January this year were 100% finished biofuel sales. We work on a contract basis with our clients and regularly supply them with the finished product or raw material. Sometimes, our raw material supplier itself is the customer of the finished product. We are operating at 20-30% margins and we now want to move production in-house to increase this margin by another 15-20%. We have entered an agreement with an established exporter, signed LOI, and have been allotted 2 acres of land for the production facility in a Vizag SEZ. We only have a full-time team of 4 people (including the 2 directors), all other workers are employed on an ad-hoc basis. The investor will get a maximum stake of 30% in our company.

- Biofuel trade is the one of most popular, highly demanded and most generous categories of the oil and energy industry not only in India but across the globe. - We are the only company in the central Indian region having a NOC for the establishment of biofuel retail outlets across India issued by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, GoI last year. - Our company has 43 active franchisee partners/retail outlets owners having a valid letter of intent issued from the company in pursuance of the gazette notification issued by MoPNG. - Have our own trademarked brand and the overall capacity of our refineries for the production of biofuel is 540 KLD. - We charge a brand fee of INR 2,50,000 upon issuance of a letter of intent to franchisees and our main income comes from the sale of oil (biofuel) to our retail outlets and bulk consumers. - Last year due to the pandemic our business was under extreme stress as most of our refinery associates and our retail outlet partners were affected by the Covid-19 situation. - Hydrogen fuel production project based in Fergana, Uzbekistan. - This is a project under a reputed university in Uzbekistan. - We are selling the hydrogen gas to Europe. - Currently the electric car can travel 10,000 kms for USD 5 and 1 kgm3 of hydrogen gas costs USD 1. - While we have started the project, we need an investor for the production of hydrogen fuel and hydrogen electric car to the factory level. - We have already tested and experimented with the project.
