We took over the old management 3 years ago and since then the company has grown in terms of awards, guests, income and cost control since we are now open from morning to night. The guests average bill for lunch and dinner is EUR 65 per person and we host roughly 12 people at a time as it is the company policy to keep the environment in a gourmet way even though we have 80 chairs including outdoor and indoor seating areas.
