The site is next to the M30 motorway, with excellent accessibility and a huge industrial area. - An investment opportunity that needs to be prioritized is the reconstruction of Ukraine after the Russo-Ukrainian war, which is expected to be completed soon, and according to all calculations, an infinite amount of masonry bricks will be needed. - The factory is the closest brick factory in Hungary to the Ukrainian border (150 km). - The company has more than 805,000 sqm of land, of which 556,000 sqm is mining area. - There is enough mineral wealth for more than 30 years in the clay mine. - 3 types of clay are mined here. - The "blue clay" can only be found here in Hungary, apart from the clay mines in Lenti. - Its uniqueness comes from its plasticity, as well as the compressive strength of the brick product produced from it is 16 MPa, which is much more than the 10 MPa required by the Hungarian standard. - There is a geothermal well drilled in the mine area. In the area of the mine, geothermal 86°C thermal water comes up from the ground in unlimited quantities, the utilization of which is still in its infancy. - Monthly capacity of brick production is 368,640 pieces of NF 30/24/24 and 3,266,150 pieces of small brick units.
