Once we receive the customer's order, we buy the product from those respective eCommerce websites and deliver it to our users. This helps our users to buy products from other platforms which are outside Tanzania. Since inception, we have helped our users to buy products from Amazon, eBay, Fashion Nova and online portals of Zara, H&M and other popular brands. We have more than 20,000 registered users on our website. Our website has an Alexa rank of approx 2.14 million and a DA (Domain Authority) of 10+. We have exclusive tie-up with a logistics company that takes care of complete movement of product i. e. from order to last mile delivery. Additionally, our users can also pick up their products from our pick-up points. Have 2 pick-up points in Tanzania. One is an office cum pick-up point and the other is only a pick-up point. Company generates a gross profit of 20%. This includes 5% as commission on every order placed by the user and rest 15% through a revenue sharing model we have with our logistics partner. We meet all our operational expenses from this 20% gross profit margin. The business is located in Tanzania and all our operations are conducted from there.
