    For Sale: Mustard oil manufacturing business with 100+ distributors and a legacy brand.
    - Manufacturer, wholesaler and supplier of mustard oil. - We have more than 100 distributors of our legacy brand across West Bengal. - We are also one of the largest crushers and manufacturers of mustard oil in West Bengal. - We are also one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of mustard oil cakes to Bangladesh. - One-third of the total turnover is from oil cake exports while the remaining is from sales of our own brand and loose oil sales. - We sell 400 MT of oil of our own brand per month and 400 MT of loose oil to producers like Adani. - The plant has not been operational since February, however, we still have active sales as we are selling the stock already manufactured and collecting payments from debtors. - Apart from the full-time workforce we have about 70 contractual employees at the time of production. - Sales have dropped as the owners are making the plant transaction ready and have stopped production in the plant. - The buyer gets all the factory assets, and the legacy product brand name. The legal entity is not included in the transaction, but, we are open to negotiation. - Compliant factory with all necessary approvals. - The promoter and family acquired this business from the Gujarat Government 21 years ago and have expanded exponentially over the last 20 years.
