- We are a solvent extraction company that imports paper scrap and processes it for scrap paper and wax. - Our registered address is in Bangalore (Karnataka) but our factory and operations take place in Ranipet (Tamil Nadu) - After processing dewaxed paper scrap is sold to paper mills for recycling and extracted wax is sold to match stick and candle industry. - We have 10 paper customers and 30 wax customers that are mainly located in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. - On a monthly basis we can process 400 tons of paper a month but due to lack of availability of raw materials we have only processed 200 tons a month on average. - Company has 4 main suppliers for scrap paper who we source from, located in USA and Canada. - We have significant assets and machinery. With minor changes in the setup, the company could also venture into production of de-oiled rice bran, rice bran oil, neem oil and de-oiled neem cake. - Factory could also be integrated with a paper mill so that all the economies of scale can be achieved to make the whole project a highly profitable one. - Our company has a lot of unencumbered real estate apart from our factory on 3.67 acres of land. - Outside the factory there is 4.5 acres of unutilized land. There is half an acre of land at Walajah industrial area and 48 acres of free hold dry land at Kaluvai which is 30 Kms from our factory in Ranipet. - Further we have 6 vacant sites in Bangalore, which are very valuable. We do not have any loans from any banks or financial institutions. - All the real estate is completely owned by us and would be included in the sale. - Also included in the sale is a minority share in a partnership firm dealing in solvent extraction in the oils and fertilizers industry.

- We are a writing and printing paper mill unit based in Bhopal. The plant is fairly new since it was opened in 2019. The unit is a part of a parent company and it can be infused into a separate business or it can be spun into a separate entity post-funding. - The mill has a daily production capacity of 125 tons out of which we utilize 80%. - We have over 10 - 20 dealers and 5 - 6 major direct clients. - Our clients are primarily newspaper companies like Dainik Bhaskar, People Samachar, and Nayi Duniya. - The business has 4 major suppliers of waste paper that are provided at competitive rates. There is easy availability of rice husks. Majority of the waste paper produced in the state comes to us. - Run rate sales have slightly dipped due to the ongoing pandemic. - There is ample of support provided by the government including a 40% cash subsidy of around INR 20 crore that will come back from the industrial promotion scheme. Besides that, there is a INR 1/unit subsidy on electricity. - Additionally, there is a huge government supply contract for text book and notebooks. It is an annual contract starting the later half of the year. - Some of the technology available at the plant include a 3400 mm deckle, Single Loop Voith Deinking, disperser and refiners, size press with 29 dryers, Kuster Calendar and QCS. - There are 125 employees working at the production plant. There are no labor union problems associated with the business. - We had an expansion plan to increase capacity to 450 tons per day and to install a 7 MW power plant.
