    For Sale: Over 2 decade old cloud service provider in the software defined networking space.
    As recently as last year, total gross revenues for the company were $6.5M. Due to customer attrition due to economic conditions, we have dropped in annual revenues to $1.3M. We have dropped to two customers and don't have the resources to sell sufficiently. We have expanded to two data centers; UT and CA and have interconnected those data centers via Software Defined Networking technology. We received our first patent for our monitoring and ticket system which enables automated support and fast response to clients. We have developed our simple cloud interface to be patented as well. We have never experienced downtime and customers stick with us for many years because no one in the market performs better. The market is cornered by large hyperscale companies and we do not have the breadth for adequate marketing and sales budgets.
