Algorithmics is a programming school for children with over 500 franchisees across the globe and majorly in 90 countries with over 1 million graduates. We combine offline and online learning to make programming simple, exciting, and fun for children to study. Our main motive is for a child to choose the right course before learning it. So we give them programs according to their interest. For students of ages 6-7, we impart the fundamentals of logic and programming. The idea behind it is to start step by step while learning the fundamentals of programming.

Yourtutor is an Edtech platform that has developed 2 products. One of the products is a platform that provides tutoring for various subjects including English, Math, Economics & Science. The second product is a Learning Management System implemented in schools to help digitalize educational activities. We are looking to develop local marketplaces around our technology and aim to achieve this by franchising.

What’s included is an (as it is) website as that of Trade Scape, the license to use our course material commercially, access to our marketing and promotional contents, and complete business platform set up as well all customizations, changes, and modifications for your new business done on our end. Basically, the whole Infrastructure except the copyrights of the course and the domain name. The licensee just needs to have their own brand name and a domain of the same and they are good to go. The licensee can name the business any name they wish to and they are good to go just like if it’s their own new venture. The website requires no coding to operate as its made on the Wix platform and thus can be edited & managed by anyone with no coding experience in a simple drag & drop interface provided by Wix. Since this is an online business the EBITDA margin is as high as 70% as the overhead cost is low. The sales figure is based on the revenue generated by the outlets. Trade Scape no longer conducts live workshops due to other commitments but had 20-25 students attending every workshop when they conducted.
