Import / Export Businesses for Sale and Investment Opportunities

We are a rice exporting company. The products will be sourced locally from suppliers in Hyderabad and we plan to export it to clients abroad. We are still in the planning stage and yet to decide the target market and we plan to discuss this with the investor/lender.

- Distributor of medical equipment and devices for hospitals in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. - We procure the devices and equipment from 3 suppliers in the USA and Japan. - Authorized distributors for Instrumentation Laboratory Worldwide and Sysmex Corporation. - Distribute the equipment to around 120 hospitals. - We are looking to branch out to the export business for medical equipment and other industries including agriculture and FMCG. - Have secured 3 tenders worth INR 6 crore and we require funds for working capital. - Promoter has over 8 years of experience in medical equipment distribution. - Business owned assets include computers, furniture, and office equipment.

- There are 2 verticals: one where the business manufactures and sells modular kitchen and the other where the business imports modular kitchen hardware and sells it to other modular kitchen manufacturers. - Business has a dealer base 250 pan India. - 2 distributors in north India state-wise. - Has a showroom with 1000 sq feet area with 9 modular kitchen and wardrobes on display. - Hindware, H&R Johnson, DLF, Sleek International, etc. are some of the clients.

- The Nepalese fertilizer market was valued at around NPR 35 billion ($300 million) 3 years ago and is expected to grow at a CAGR of around 5% in the next 5 years. - Import-dependent: Nepal is heavily dependent on fertilizer imports, with around 80% of its fertilizer requirements being met through imports. - Currently, we supply to over 10,000 farmers throughout Nepal. - We have a nationwide supply network with co-operatives and farmer's groups. - The promoter has 5 years of experience in this industry. - We have 22 permanent employees and over 50 part-time employees.

- Non-operational import/export and general trading company is available for sale. - Unique trade license with an active account. - AECB credit report will be provided. - Includes immigration card, labour card, and VAT certificate. - Ejari is paid and the local sponsor in Dubai has been paid. - There are no liabilities in the company.

Company started operations 2.5 years ago and was an exporter of fox nuts, dry fruits, millet cookies, organic fruits and vegetables. The operations ended last year-end due to a capital crunch and hence partners have exited the business. Primarily sourced the products from suppliers in North India, and clients were mainly supermarkets in Saudi and also had a presence at major FMCG retailers across Bangalore.

- Company manufactures industrial products used in 17 different sectors. - Raw material sourcing is 99.5 % from the domestic markets and we have leased a 1,500 sq mt factory in Izmir. - Our clients includes 25 global industrial companies and we are 100% export-oriented. We export to Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. - The customer base is diversified into 17 industrial groups such as aerospace, automotive, construction, energy, flow control systems, generators & electric motors, heavy-duty machines, hydraulic, kitchen equipment, printing systems, automation and utility equipment. - The operations continue in a rented building today, but our own factory building is under construction and is expected to be finished in the next 6 months. This new factory will have double the production capacity. - Reported sales were affected by COVID but after the lockdown, the business has been able to generate more sales.

- We are the sellers of health and personal care products. - The products are sourced from 4-5 suppliers in China and Russia. - We sell the product through Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Moglix, Jiomart, and through our website. The majority of our revenue is generated by selling the products on various sales channels. - 5% of our sales are through offline mode. - We are also listed on Amazon. com for certain Indian products. - Receive 400 orders on a daily basis with an average order value of INR 700. - The sales of the business are currently low but will increase as the year progresses. - We do not need a large number of employees as most of the processes are automated. - Have a drug license, import-export license and GST certificate.
