- We are into production of flexible laminators and located in Pune. - Business was established 11 years ago and the founder has over 20 years of experience in the industry. - We serve more than 600 clients all over India. - Manufacturing capacity is 20 Tons of products per month. - Few of our large-scale customers are Ardra Chemicals, Pitambari Collection, Linga Chemicals, Amit Foods and AK Foods.

Firm manufactures paper cones which are used for spinning cotton and jute yarn. We procure the raw materials from 1 big supplier in Bangladesh. Have a total of 5 clients of whom 3 clients are for cones for cotton yarn and 2 clients are for cones for jute yarn. Generate 55% revenue through sale of paper cone for cotton yarn and rest 45% revenue through sale of paper cone for jute yarn. Paper cone for cotton yarn: Factory is installed with second hand machinery and has the daily production capacity of 1 lakh cones. We operate at 50% capacity. Have a total of 45 permanent staff. The factory is on a 8,000 sq ft area and it's owned by the firm. Paper cone for jute yarn: This factory does not have any machinery and the entire production is carried out manually. We have a total of 35 permanent staff and on a daily basis, we produce 20,000 cones. The factory is on a 3,800 sq ft area and it's rented. Both the above factories are located 7 km away from each other. Business owned assets include land & machine at paper cone factory for cotton yarn. The assets also include tools and office equipment at both the factories.
