- 28-year-old real estate construction and sale business, based in Mumbai. - We deal both in residential & commercial projects, but 90% of them are residential. - At present, we have 1 residential real estate construction project in Santacruz east, Mumbai Southwest near BKC and Grand Hyatt Hotel for investment with high returns. - It is an apartment complex: 1) East-west facing property. 2) Will be constructed on a carpet area of 450 & 650 sq. ft. 3) The flats will be 1& 2 BHK with 1 &/or 2 bedrooms (s), 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. 4) A 12-storey building. 5) Currently under construction and can expect possession of the same in 12 to 24 months. 6) The beautifully designed vitrified flooring enhances the beauty of the flat. 7) Situated near to railway station, close to the airport, close to the highway, and all modern amenities such as visitor parking, lift (s), fitness center/gym, and security personnel. 8) Well equipped to meet all the water needs through access to municipal corporation supply. - Additionally, there are ready flats in bulk, commercial buildings, and shops across Mumbai, which have been acquired by paying 25%, and we need investment to complete the remaining 75% of the payment and put them for sale. They have already developed two 40-floor towers in just 12 months. - We already have govt construction orders from PMAY with approved upfront advance. - Have the order to develop 1.5 lakh houses followed by another 1.5 lakh houses which is worth roughly INR 10,000 crores. This project will be given in stages. We need to complete 5,000 houses in the next 3 years.
