- Promoter is a 3rd generation son of a construction family with over 20 years of experience in the real estate field. - In the last 10 years, real estate growth has been good as Monaco is a safe harbour to invest. - Promoter has done over 500 real estate deals till date including buying, selling, renovating and advisory services. - Promoter aims to accomplish 1,000 m2 of development and refurbishment a year. - This is a new legal entity registered to start the operations fresh. - We already have 2 properties in the pipeline in Monaco. We are planning to purchase this property to renovate and sell. - We specialize in buying, refurbishing and selling off-market properties in Monaco. - Company has 2 partners with 52% and 48% stake. - We have special authorisation to buy properties without registration as we are professional dealers. The authorisation has been given by the local government. - At the moment, we are busy taking over a local construction company. - LPs can step in via local structure or via a RAIF in Luxembourg managed by an AIFM. - Valuation will be done by Deloitte once the property is acquired.
