Loft apartment: THB 1,500 per night. - Potential: THB 111,000 per month in rental income when operated at 100% - We estimate THB 88,800 per month in rental income when operated at 80% - 2,000 organic followers on Facebook and excellent exposure on social media. - We remained open and fully operational before during and after covid. - We receive many bookings directly and therefore pay zero commission on those reservations. - Also a super host on Airbnb where we receive a lot of bookings. - Airbnb stats- 1. King room 4.83 out of 5. 2. Queen room 4.8 out of 5. 3. Loft apartment: 5 out of 5. - 2 of the 4 rooms are large and therefore suitable for long-term rentals. - We have received a good amount of bookings through Booking. com as well with a rating of 8.6. - Total capacity through all booking engines during our 1st year was 80%. - Last 3 years to date our booking has averaged 90% - We are currently fully booked until the end of March with some gaps in April.
