- Our company has been in the education field for more than 10 years. - We plan to launch an online marketplace for skill development, placement, and corporate trainings. - The goal of the marketplace will be to impart job-oriented training and make the graduates employable. - The skill and leadership development programs which include soft skills and life skills training programs for school and college students that will help them in their life and also in securing college admissions and placements. - Revenue will be earned by imparting training at our offline centers and charging service providers (trainers) a commission. - This platform will be owned and operated by a private limited company with two equal owners. - Investor will get a 25% stake in this company. - The founders were earlier running a preschool and daycare business through this company and their pre-Covid revenue was INR 24 lakh per annum from one center. We are an online marketplace with products and services offered at Rs. 500 (similar to the dollar store) We have 2 verticals on our website: 1) Micro jobs / services such as freelance, education. 2) Products such as sarees, bags. We currently have close to 35,000 users registered & 800 sellers on-boarded. For each sale, we charge sellers 20 per cent commission and customers 10 per cent commission. Approx. 100 products are sold each month, growing at an average of 10% month-on-month. We have developed a mobile app too and it is ready to launch.

Buyers are members that are visitors to corporate host (accommodation and hotel owners) signed up on the lifestyle platform. Sellers are corporate host and approved manufacturers who sell their product and services. Marketing and promotion services are also offered to qualified manufacturers who want to reach lifestyle consumers who basically are our lifestyle members as well as corporate members. - Accommodation and hotel venue participants pay a minimal membership fee in order to receive commission from guest members' consumptions, included they get brand services, improvement assistance and the development of a try & touch™ showroom. - The platform will start operations in southern province of Guangdong in China, to be followed by a national expansion over the next 2 years. Letter of interest and an list of over 500 interested accommodation participants is already in place. We are now looking for interested investors, participants and partners in Thailand and South East Asia. - The platform would generate revenue through eCommerce transactions, showroom activities, and providing marketing services to the approved product manufacturers as well as to corporate members. - We have a huge growth rate and high valuation because last quarter there has been an increase in F&B (liquor) and accommodation transactions from the restart after Covid-19 and holidays. The occupancy of hotels also increased to above average. Although not our future focus, our trading joint venture also had a major uptick in business this year. It is believed this trend may continue through this year. - The owner has a handful of experiences in the field of quantum computing and has produced more than 125 research papers in this field, based in Nadia, West Bengal India. - We are in the pre-revenue phase and the platform is still being developed. - We specialize in quantum computing, publish research papers, books, write tutorials, blogs, provide courses in the field of quantum computing. - We develop quantum software, quantum apps, quantum game apps for companies and for quantum computing platform. - We are in the process of providing an online coaching platform for students, researchers, and faculties to get a Ph.
