- Our company offers a variety of semi-precious gemstones embellished jewellery pieces handcrafted with Indian art forms like Meenakari, Thewa, hand-paint, and Lack Art under our own brand name. - Manufacturing is outsourced. We are affiliated with over 10 independent artisans and handcrafted jewellery workshop owners in Jaipur, Udaipur and Mumbai who manufacture these products. We provide them with specific designs and they create custom made pieces for us. Currently, we are offering 15 to 20 different SKUs across all categories. - Post purchasing these products from artisans, we add a fixed margin percentage on these products and then list them on multiple online platforms under our own brand name. - We sell our products through two channels: our own e-commerce website affiliated with Shopify and our e-commerce profile on LBB. We do not have any retail sales. - 90 percent of the orders are received through our own e-commerce website. We actively invest in Facebook and Instagram advertisements where the interested potential customers are redirected to our e-commerce website. Remaining 10 percent of revenue is generated through LBB. - We receive about 40 to 45 orders every month across all platforms with an average order value between INR 2,500 to 3,000. Our brand has satisfied over 1,000 customers since its inception. - Our logistics partner is Shiprocket and the courier cost is borne by the customer. - The brand name has a strong social media presence with over 4,500 followers across multiple platforms. - This transaction includes the entire business entry, rights and ownership of the brand name, source code and ownership of the e-commerce website, social media accounts, customer database, google advertisement account along with all the physical assets. - The business is extremely valuable primarily due to the widespread recognition our brand has received in such a short period of time along with a massive surge in customers the business has been receiving.
