    - We are a hostel operator currently running in Nilai, near a university, and the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). - Have 50+ units with more than 200 rooms with an average occupancy rate of 90%. - We also provide property management services to homeowners and maintain 10+ properties. - Our main clients are university students, KLIA staff, Nilai's 3 factory workers, and workers near the Nilai area. - Revenue model: We rent the properties for 30-50% lower than the market rate from owners and rent out the rooms for 10-30% higher than the market rate. - Revenue Split: 90% of our revenue is from hostel services and 10% is from property management services. - We deal with construction, homestay and air bnb businesses. - Our next target is expand into each of every area in West Malaysia.
