- This is a real estate company that deals in buying and selling commercial lands. - The company has dealt in a few residential as well as commercial real estate projects in past. - The investor will get a stake in the company. - Apart from the transaction mentioned in the profile, we are also open to a 50% partnership in the company or selling of the land as well. - Currently, we have a plan to build farmhouses on 15 acres of land with 5-10 guntha each for a house as per bookings. Commercial Land Investment Opportunity in Bangalore, India

Require funding for a land acquisition case worth INR 900 crore with writ in high-court.
We have appealed in the High Court of Karnataka, against the Bangalore Development Authority, regarding their improper way of acquisition of land worth INR 900 crore, from our clients. We have submitted the writ in the high court and we have legally a very strong case. As early as we can, we want to transfer the case to supreme court and fight for justice. The land of 15.5 acres in Bangalore south was acquired from the owner and sold to several individual owners, in the name of city development, with numerous violations and lapses in procedure. We are now looking to get fair compensation equal to the present market value of the land thus acquired or return of the entire land through this case. The investor would receive 45% share in the net-worth of the land valued almost INR 900 Crore. Looking for an investor to help us take the case further. Current sponsor holds 60% share and has spent INR 2.5 crores so far and is looking to hand over 45% of the share of the claim, [valued at INR 400 crores] on some consideration to the incoming investor. The existing investor shall be with the incoming investor and shall be of great assistance to legally take it up further, till the winning of this case. We are assured of success in this venture.
