The project is yet to start, we have acquired 40 acres land and are looking for strategic partner for developing project. Out of 40 acres, 25 acres will be used for constructing the hospital & college and rest 15 acre will be given out on commercial lease. Hospital will be super specialty hospital. College will have 150 seat. The facility will also have hostel with capacity to accommodate 600 students. All necessary Government approvals have been obtained. Directors: Promoters are Qualified Doctors having 20 years of combined experience. Market opportunity: In Chhattisgarh, the patient per doctor ratio is 15,916:1, whereas it should be 1,000 person per doctor as per WHO standards. So there is huge scope for healthcare opportunities in Chhattisgarh.
