At this stage, from a technical perspective, we are prepared and have tested some marketing strategies, and have a strong team supporting it. Our company is fully equipped for scaling and improving current results. - Researched the legal side of accepting cryptocurrency payments for our group of companies, assessed risks and opportunities, conducted competitor analysis, and developed a business plan. - Developed and tested the platform and web interface for accepting cryptocurrency payments (web POS). - Pushed the system into offline businesses in Dubai, including restaurants, car rentals, private jet charters, beauty salons, and real estate agencies, and created real test cases. - Designed the product and created marketing materials. - Tested advertising in Dubai and received more than 120 requests from business owners to connect new merchants. We opened 125 business accounts and 93 POS terminals for them and 80% made at least 1 transaction. They pay 1.5% for each deposit in crypto and additionally 1% for withdrawals in AED or USD (in fiat). The biggest purchase between merchants is USD 4,900. For now, we have no revenue, but project USD 70-90k/mo in the coming months, and we plan to increase sales, development, and legal departments and pass more marketing tests – a total of up to USD 200k/mo. However, we forecast total transaction of USD 450 million at a 3% EBITDA. The strategy will be based on the planned actions of the team: - Obtaining additional licenses, and building a completely legal product structure; - Replenishment of the staff with the necessary employees. - Improving the functionality of the product; - Strict calculation, reporting, and following the business plan.
