- MEP contractors company, based in Malaysia. - We work on commercial and highway maintenance and repair projects. - Currently, we have 20+ government clients. - We get projects based on government tender bidding, the success rate is ~20%. - On average, we work on 8 projects a year. - Average duration of each project ranges between 2 months to 4 months. - Average value of each project is MYR 100k to 200k. - This year we have completed 5 projects so far. - The turnovers this year are high, compared to last year because we were able to get a good number of government projects and contracts as compared to last year. - There are 2 permanent employees, additionally, we hire contract workers on a project basis.

- Business established in Doha that offers MEP installation, fire safety maintenance, and facility management services. - We undertake medium-scale MEP construction works from private, corporate and govt as our clients. - The tools and equipment for fire safety maintenance are imported from our suppliers in the UK, China, India, and the USA. - On average, we have 50 clients, and have done 100+ projects till date. - We have a team of workers, but also hire job workers as per the demand of the projects. - Majority of the revenue is generated from MEP contact work but the profit margins are higher in fire safety and facility management services. - The business has an outstanding loan of QAR 0.5 M which was taken as a Covid package loan. - The business has 2 owners, one with a 51% stake and the other with 49% according to the law. Short-term plan (2 years): To classify company as GRADE B with QAR 15 million revenue by securing civil construction projects from ASHGHAL (QAR 2-6 million projects/annum) and securing more AMC & FM services. Net profit expected 10% (minimum) Long-term plan (4 years): To classify company as GRADE A with QrAR 30 million revenue by securing civil construction projects from ASHGHAL (QAR 6-10 million projects/annum). Securing MEP projects from A grade civil construction contractors as it is mandatory requirement by consultants & govt. that MEP contractors must be pre-qualified and classified as GRADE A MEP contractors.
