- Our company was established about 26 years with the aim to meet the substantial needs of a newly democratic South Africa and has evolved into an international, award-winning consultancy firm. - We are merely consultants that provide commercial, industrial, and bulk engineering services for a broad range of construction projects like high-security projects, hotels, residential buildings, medical facilities, airports, marine & military infrastructure, etc. - Our company does not provide any construction services and is merely consultants and supervisors throughout the project. - We have about 100 projects that currently running. Each project has a life of 3 to 6 months. We receive payments at fixed frequencies throughout the duration of the project. This is the only source of revenue for our company. - For the major projects, with a construction cost larger than ZAR 200 million, some of our clients include Harmony Gold Mining Company, Anglo American, Public Works South Africa, Cape Town Municipality, Johannesburg Municipality, and Public Investment Company, South Africa. - Our largest current ongoing project is the designing of the new Government Printing Works in Pretoria with an expected construction cost of ZAR 1.2 billion. - Our company has won multiple awards like Govan Mbeki Award for the Best Community Residential Development, Govan Mbeki Award for the Best Priority Projects Nationally and Masimong Award for Best Community Residential Units. - The images on the profile are of a few projects that our company has completed in the past few years of operations. - Our revenue has slightly decreased this year due to the operational inefficiencies caused by the pandemic.
