- Our business is engaged in offering waster management services as well as sale of waste management processing machines. - As of now, we have 250+ clients for our business. Our clients who take up our waste processing services are Gujarat Municipal Corporation, Surat Municipal Corporation and Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation. - Few of our big clients our Starbucks, Taj, Marriott Hotels, shopping malls, and ONGC. - We have yearly contracts with them which are renewed every year. - 60% of our revenue is generated through proving waste processing services for our clients and rest is through sale of machines. - We charge our clients for the services on subscription fee basis, which starts from INR 5,000 to INR 2 lakh per month. - The machines are purchased by residential societies, manufacturing units, and apartment groups. - Source the raw material for manufacturing of the machines from various verified suppliers. - On average, we have a waste processing capacity of 50 tons of waste per day and for the manufacturing of machines and equipment, on average we have 50 tons of machines and tools per month. - The company is run by 4 directors, 2 have 45% stake in the company and the other 2 hold 5% stake each. - Business has vehicle loan outstanding of INR 25 lakhs. - Recently, we have received a tender from the Surat Municipal Corporation, with a work order to process 100 tons of waste per day.
