- We are a real estate agency for residential real estate projects. We also provide recruitment services to clients in the FMCG, beverages, and banking industry. - Have tied-up with 10 reputed builders and 15-20 local builders to execute the projects. - Generally, we execute 30-40 projects for a year. We completed 8 residential projects during the first quarter of this year, but due to COVID, we had to stop our operations temporarily. - Have 20 clients for our recruitment vertical which includes companies in the FMCG, beverages, and banking industry. We only recruit the candidates and the payroll is managed by the clients. - Revenue model: For real estate projects, we receive a 2% commission of the total project from the builders. The average project worth is INR 30 lakh. For the recruitment vertical, we either get a fixed fee or get 6% of the annual CTC for every selected candidate based on the client. - Revenue split: 65% of our revenue is from real estate services and 35% is from the recruitment services. - Our revenue has dropped significantly due to COVID restrictions, as we had to temporarily stop working on residential projects. Recruitments have also been affected due to lower demand from companies. - Business owned assets include computer and office furniture.

Company provides recruitment services for hiring teaching and non-teaching staff for schools. Have served more than with 15 schools from Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh and have successfully placed more than 200 staff. Here, we post jobs on websites like Shine. com, Indeed and Naukri. com to on-board candidates and then conduct preliminary interview before sending them to schools for rest of the interview process. We charge a commission from school for every candidate placed. Company plans to tap into recruitment services for hospitality and hospital industry as well. After raising funds, we also plan to setup a branch office either in Mumbai or Delhi. Business currently owns a few assets such as laptop, computer and furniture.
