Call Centers for Sale and Investment Opportunities in India

We are an early-age startup and recently tied up with a reputed edtech company as a channel partner. We are handling their sales department in Jaipur. We started operations a few months back and so far, we have closed sales of INR 20 lakh for our client with 3 employees. Planning to set-up a 30 seater office soon and work with 2 new clients. Clients pay commissions on sales and that's how we generate our revenue. All our clients will be only from the education sector. The business has 4 sales persons and an HR to run the business.

- Our company is engaged in 4 sectors that include trading of agricultural products, recruitment services, software, and web application development, and BPO call center services. - 50% of the revenue generated comes from agricultural trading, 30% from recruitment services, and the rest from the call center and software development sector. - We deal with agriculture products such as maize, makhana, cattle feed, and wheat flour. Have tied up with more than 200 dealers in villages from whom we procure the goods and supply them to 10+ factories and dairy farms. - Before the lockdown, we exported the goods to UAE, and have received the export license. - We provide both IT & non-IT services and have 20 long-term clients across India. - Also engaged in software, web, and mobile application development, we have 10-12 clients in this sector. The development is done in-house. - We also provide inbound and outbound call center services and our 3 major clients are HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and Cars 24. - Currently, 15 employees are working for the BPO services as the requirement of these services has decreased because of the lockdown. - Sales fluctuate as some clients have a variable payment schedule. We have an ONGC project with an annual turnover of INR 77 lakh. - Our company is registered in Varanasi but is operating from an office in Noida.
