    Offshore and oil & gas sector service provider seeks funds to purchase a new Berge.
    - Mumbai based company specializing in various oil services with 3 primary fields. 1. Offshore logistics services provider especially for oil rigs and ports within a 200 km radius. Working with 10-15 rigs and we offer complete transportation services for these clients. 2. We have our own oil rig in Ahmedabad and have a contract with ONGS for 3 years. 3. Have our own vessel for offshore oil explorations with a subcontract with IOCL. - Majority of the revenue is generated from offshore oil drilling services. - We are keen on expanding our offshore business. - Company has INR 1 crore OD from Yes Bank. - Company has 4 partners who are from the same family. - Hypothecation of the Berge can be given as collateral or can give Escrow account details. - All our assets are fixed assets and we need a liquid asset such as cash to purchase the equipment.
