    - Leather manufacturer supplying finished leather for leather goods. We sell buffalo (4-5 varieties) and goat leather. - We have 5-10 clients currently and fulfil 4-5 orders on a monthly basis. This is equivalent to a total of 10,000-25,000 square feet of leather which is equivalent to an order value of INR 15-20 lakh. - Our production facility can produce up to 1-2 lakh square feet of leather monthly. We are unable to fully leverage the production capacity due to a shortage in the number of orders. - We have 10-15 suppliers of leather. - Our major clients include Kings International, Adeeba International, AIS Trendz and Meena Footwear Industries. - Have 10-15 workers hired on a contract basis. - Our primary focus is to increase the number of orders for the business from existing clients. - Promoter has over 8 years of experience in this industry.
