The balance to be paid is INR 7 cr. The total construction area is 30,000 square feet and our sale component is 23,000 square feet. - The estimated value for the Mankhurd, Chembur and, Bhandup projects are INR 30 cr. , INR 80 cr. , and INR 35 cr. respectively. - The development period for the Mankhurd, Chembur and, Bhandup projects are 24 months, 36 months, and 24 months respectively. - In addition to real estate development, the company is also engaged in the trading of real estate properties. - The physical assets owned by the business include land, apartments and other operating assets.
