From the hotel, it's just 2 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins walk to the shopping streets and malls. There are a lot of restaurants and activity centers in the area. The operations of the hotel was recently started and we currently operate at 50% occupancy rate. We promote the brand on social media and have also established tie-ups with 2-3 travel agencies. Our last year's revenue was low because we were only operational for 4 months in that year.
