- Launched a mobile application that offers self-ordering and pre-ordering options to customers. We have over 1,300 registered users (B2C model). The application is available on the Google Play Store and has a 4.5 stars rating. - This mobile application is also targeted towards other restaurants and hotels. It is an end-to-end software that assists in the daily operations of the business like inventory control and order punching (B2B model). Prior to the pandemic, we had registered over 100 restaurants. Currently, we have 2 major clients (hotel and restaurant). We are in the process of acquiring two other hotels. - For the B2C vertical, we charge a commission between 8% - 18% to the restaurant as service charge for pre-orders by customers and provide the self-ordering services for free. In regard to the B2B vertical, we charge between INR 15,000 to INR 20,000. - We recently launched an alternate vertical over 1.5 months ago to generate additional revenue. The business has entered into a contract with OYO Townhouse in Kolkata. It is a hotel with 30 rooms out of which 21 rooms are occupied currently. We charge between INR 1,100 - 1,600. The hotel has a kitchen and a banquet hall. We have generated over INR 30,00,000 from this vertical. The OYO platform promotes the hotel and we are responsible to manage its day-to-day operations. - The business has been incubated by Nasscom Startup Warehouse. - Promoter is an IIT graduate in B-Tech.

The hotel has tie-ups with 10+ corporate clients including NTPC, Dalmia Cement, PepsiCo, Bisleri, Axis Bank. We have a total of 30 rooms and operating at an 80% occupancy rate. We also have a large conference hall with a seating capacity for 60+ guests. It is well connected to the bus stand and railway station. Corporate clients contribute 75% of our revenue and the rest 25% is from hosting wedding ceremonies & serving individual clients. Since inception, we have hosted 100+ wedding events. The hotel is currently spread on 2 floors. Seeking funds to convert it into a 5 storey hotel with 50+ rooms in total. The funds will also be used for starting a gym, spa and swimming pool. The hotel is on a 10,000 sq ft of land. Business owned assets include land and building. Liquidity is proposed on our total evaluation. One has the free right to evaluate the property before the deal. Presently we started construction for new Banquet, rooms, and Gym.
